• Passengers who are Saudi Arabia citizens or residents flying within Saudi Arabia or overseas.
• Passengers who are travelling for 45 days or less in case of domestic trips and Passengers who are travelling for 90 days or less in case of international trips.

Yes, there are no eligibility restrictions for business travelers. This cover is available to both business and leisure travelers.

Infants over 9 days up to the age of 2 can be covered under the policy. For every insured adult 1 infant will receive free cover.

• Maximum of 45 days for domestic journeys and 90 days for international journeys.
• Application can be made upto 365 days before departure.
• This policy is valid for the purpose of leisure travel or business journeys.
• All journeys within SAUDI ARABIA (Domestic) and journeys originating from SAUDI ARABIA (International) are covered.
• Cover available only for SAUDI ARABIA citizens and residents.

“TRAVEL INSURANCE” allows you to choose who you want to protect. Choose from the following options:

• Just Me – an individual travelling alone.
• Group of Individuals – allows up to 9 insured persons in one booking.
• Family- an individual travelling with his family allows upto 9 insured persons in one booking

Any Claim is Due To:

1. Pre Existing Medical Conditions
2. A Person Insured not taking medication or treatment recommended as prescribed or directed by a Doctor.
3. Any condition which is, results from or a complication of pregnancy, Childbirth, miscarriage (except Accidental miscarriage) or abortion, intoxication by alcohol or drugs not prescribed by a Doctor.
4. Tropical disease
5. Pandemic and Epidemic
6. Anxiety, stress, depression, phobia, mental or nervous disorder
7. You engaging in, practicing for or taking part in training in any speed contest or racing (other than on foot) and any professional competition or sports.
8. You engaging in, water and/or winter sports.
9. Air travel unless You are travelling as a fare paying passenger in a fixed wing aircraft which is provided by a licensed airline or air Charter Company.
10. Cruise trip(s).
11. Illegal acts
12. Misuse of alcohol/drugs.
13. Suicide/self-injury

As soon as reasonably possible (and no later than 30 days after the date of incident giving rise to the claim), you should complete the claim form and submit a claim notification to Chubb Arabia Cooperative Insurance Company. Services:

The outline below sets out the summery of services provided. These services are provided by way of referral and arrangement only and all expenses incurred are to be borne by the Insured Person.

1. Travel Assist
   • Transfer of emergency funds
     Chubb Assistance will provide emergency transfer of funds up to SAR 30,000 per journey if access to normal financial/banking arrangements is not available.
   • Message relay
     Chubb Assistance will provide assistance with transmission of urgent messages to relatives or business associates if medical or travel problems disrupt a journey.
   • Emergency translation facility
     A translation service will be provided if the local provider of an assistance service does not speak English.
   • Loss of Travel Document Assistance
     Chubb Assistance will assist the Insured Person if they lose their passport while travelling outside Saudi Arabia by providing referrals to suitable travel offices. Chubb Assistance will not pay for any item or guarantee any payment.
2. Medical Assistance- Emergency and referral services
   • Telephone Medical Advice
     Chubb Assistance will arrange for the provision of emergency medical advice to the Insured Person over the telephone while travelling outside SAUDI ARABIA.
   • Unsupervised Children
     Chubb Assistance may organize to return the child home if the Insured has been hospitalized or incapacitated.
   • Arrangement to bring back to home country
     If the Chubb Assistance appointed Doctor believes that treatment in home country is preferable, transfer via transport services will be arranged.
   • Arrangement to pay Hospital bills
     Chubb Assistance will arrange for the payment of Hospital bills if the insured is admitted to a hospital abroad upto the policy limits
